Cave access Limited is a private limited company, number 9381661, registered in England and Wales in January 2015.

CAL has three directors:

Currently the Access and Conservation officer of CCC.
Dave Tyson
Independent Caver & Mine-explorer
Roy Fellows
A Director of the Cambrian Mines Trust and Natural Amenities Limited. Also currently Legal and Insurance officer of CCC.

The company has no assets or capital and solely exists to manage the agreement signed with Natural Resources Wales, Forestry Commission Wales and other landowning bodies who may offer controlled access to other sites in the future.
